Aloft Capital is pleased to announce a recent closing on a commercial real estate loan. We recently helped this client secure financing for an industrial property to be used as a rental investment. The property was located in a small town in North Carolina, but with excellent proximity to a busy Interstate Highway. This was very important for this buyer and the tenant, who had just signed a long-term lease. It was an ideal investment for the buyer to add to his growing portfolio.
